Here at LEAD3R, Andrew leads our coaching specialty. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), he facilitates the delivery of individual and team coaching to our clients and is responsible for our technology partnerships in the coaching domain.

Andrew’s unique experiences allow him to provide meaningful insights to clients as they navigate change, tackle new initiatives, and build world-class teams. His critical thinking and collaboration skills enable him to partner seamlessly with clients to achieve their goals.

Kristina Peterson is an experienced public and private company board member and infrastructure investor with over 25 years of finance and operating experience in the technology, electric power generation and banking sectors. She is committed to combating climate change, accelerating the energy transition and improving digital transformation of the energy sector.

Ms. Peterson has held senior executive roles at infrastructure investment and private equity firms including EQT Partners, Thomson Reuters/ThoughtTrace, Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Renewable Partners, and Terraform Power since 2015, and previously as CEO, CFO, and other senior management positions at EDF Renewable Energy, Suntech, and Greenwood Energy from 2007 to 2015. In these global roles, she has led over $3bln of equity investments and operated or constructed and developed over 2.2GW of solar projects. Prior to that, she financed over $8.5 billion of senior project finance debt transactions in the U.S., Asia, Middle East & Africa with ABN AMRO Bank and Citibank in energy, infrastructure and telecom sectors. She was awarded an MBA, Finance and Marketing, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed additional graduate studies at MIT Sloan School of Management, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University School of Management.

Alan is a seasoned HR executive talent acquisition leader with ~20 years in the field. His experience spans the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, where he has built and managed high-performing, market-leading teams. This international perspective has taught Alan the value that diversity of experience and culture can bring to organizations, and the importance of challenging our own learned behaviors to keep growing as professionals and people. He has learned the value of cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with senior business and HR leaders, offering credible and accurate market information to aid key hiring decisions. His successes have fueled a desire to keep learning and to appreciate the unique challenges inherent in each hiring process. A lawyer in his previous life, Alan was drawn to the talent acquisition industry because of his passion for helping people and organizations realize their full potential.

Jen has 12 years of HR experience with high-growth startups. Prior to joining Enspira, she worked with Warby Parker and Cityblock leading a variety of HR programs, including talent and performance management, DEI, and employee relations. Jen holds an EdM in psychological counseling from Columbia University and whenever possible, brings her educational experience to the work she does in HR. Jen is motivated to help others build and foster inclusive workspaces, where every individual feels valued and inspired to bring their best self to work.
