Dane has passion for exploring the human experience and unlocking potential through teams in the world of work. Since entering industry in 2001, Dane has enjoyed co-designing innovative leadership team and organizational solutions for companies navigating transformational changes in their operating model, asset portfolio, or external market conditions.
Before founding HUDDL3 Group and stepping into the CEO role for LEAD3R organization, Dane gained global experience working on executive search assignments, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) projects, and contingent workforce management programs. This included service delivery across major capital development projects in more than 50 countries, also managing over 1300 contingent workers on deployment in the Americas region. Leading several successful M&A transactions and partnerships, Dane has developed hands on experience in strategy, due diligence, corporate finance, integration planning, communications, people operations and digital transformation. He subsequently enjoys supporting executive teams and founding teams that are growing through acquisition or partnerships. Collaboration and networking within the human capital ecosystem is a big part of Dane’s current role. He is actively working with team members and industry partners to contribute to a human centered design for the “Future of Teamwork”.
