Sam joined LEAD3R in 2023 as Director of Delivery, focusing on research management, process excellence, and assignment execution.

Before joining LEAD3R, Sam worked as a Principal for Range Search Partners, where she focused on research and assignment delivery. She has over nine years of experience and has worked with an array of clients throughout the energy value chain and the private equity domain on executive search and leadership consulting mandates.

Previously, Sam spent several years with a global executive search and consulting business as a Senior Associate. Sam began her career as a consultant with a Fortune 500 company, where she focused on supporting project delivery of several divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Sam holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Communication Studies from Millsaps College.
