How we do it

Plan & Scope

Our process begins with an intake call with the leadership team to define target profiles, including locations, industries, and company sizes. We then map talent and determine key criteria and competencies for the ideal HR profile, creating a scorecard to rank candidates. We align on the interview panel and process, ensuring an effective candidate experience, and co-create the position description for clarity and consistency.

Research & Reporting

We identify candidates through LEAD3R networks, company websites, AI-enabled profiles, professional associations, and industry publications. We collect data on experience, accomplishments, and leadership skills to assess fit and refine roles. Benchmark profiles are provided for calibration.

Screening, Selection & Placement

The LEAD3R team screens and interviews candidates, creates a diverse short-list and refines it based on feedback. We expedite desirable candidates, schedule interviews with the client, and provide ongoing candidate care. For final round interviews, we partner with the client to develop case study materials, coordinate interviews, and facilitate debriefs for selection. We manage the offer process, conduct reference checks, and hold debrief sessions with non-selected finalists.
