Prior to LEAD3R, she managed operations integration during an acquisition, led global marketing and communications projects, and supported C-suite executives with strategic initiatives. Additionally, Brandy managed daily operations for a multi-site organization, designed and implemented marketing strategies, managed IT systems, and produced comprehensive data analyses.
