Erica brings more than 13 years of accounting and financial operations experience to her role as Accounting Manager at LEAD3R. She oversees the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls that support sustainable growth. Known for bringing clarity and structure to complex financial processes, Erica strengthens systems and translates financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Her experience across nonprofit and professional services environments allows her to operate with both precision and adaptability.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, especially her toddler son and infant daughter, and staying active through volleyball and Peloton. Whether by the water, reading, cheering on Cleveland sports, or stopping to cuddle a passing animal, she values connection, curiosity, and balance.
