Kurt Landon is a seasoned executive coach and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in senior business and HR leadership roles across diverse industries and global settings. He collaborates closely with business leaders to drive customer success and strategic partnerships. His extensive international experience, having lived and worked in eight countries and 16 cities, along with proficiency in five languages, uniquely qualifies him to navigate the complexities of cross-cultural business environments.
Prior to LEAD3R, Kurt held leadership roles at Accenture, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Expedia, and Biogen, as well as serving as Chief People Officer at Pinterest. He was also the founder of three successful companies, most notably Enspira which he grew to over $13M in sales with 200+ clients. Enspira earned accolades such as Inc. Best Places to Work in 2022 and Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in 2023. LEAD3R, a HUDDL3 Group company, acquired Enspira in 2024.
Kurt holds an undergraduate degree in Italian Language & International Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in Global HR Leadership from Rutgers University. He lives in Palm Springs, CA, with his cherished canine companion, Francesca.
