She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies and startups across various industries, delivering solutions in organizational design, organizational restructuring, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, change management, and learning and development.

Prior to consulting, Adina has a background in executive search and consulting for non-profit organizations. Adina holds a degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Sy Syms School of Business.
