Adina is a human capital consultant with LEAD3R’s Team Effectiveness practice. Adina partners with organizations to design strategic human capital solutions that enable them to achieve their goals with impact. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies and startups across various industries, delivering solutions in organizational design, organizational restructuring, talent strategy, change management, and learning and development.
Prior to LEAD3R, Adina has a background in executive search and consulting for non-profit organizations. Adina holds a degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Sy Syms School of Business.
When not at work, Adina enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising and learning about the newest trends in business.
