Adina is a Senior Consultant with LEAD3R’s Human Capital Consulting practice. Adina partners with organizations to design strategic human capital solutions that enable them to achieve their goals with impact. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies and startups across various industries, delivering solutions in organizational design, organizational restructuring, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, change management, and learning and development.

She is skilled at efficiently navigating complex challenges in service of maintaining momentum. With her analytical mindset and aptitude for innovation, Adina ensures each initiative results in purposeful outcomes. Prior to consulting, Adina has a background in executive search and consulting for non-profit organizations. Adina holds a degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Sy Syms School of Business.
