André is passionate about unlocking human potential and building the cultures and systems that enable people and the organizations they work for to truly thrive. He is fascinated by the evolving relationship between talent, leadership, and organizational design and has spent his career exploring how companies can close the gap between who they are and who they’re capable of becoming.
As a talent and learning executive, André has operated at the highest levels of some of the world’s most iconic brands—including Nike, Google, Target, and Mars—leading people development, culture change, and talent strategy at scale. He has built and led global teams responsible for the growth and engagement of workforces ranging from 74,000 to 100,000+ employees across dozens of countries. Since founding Team & Co. in 2021, he has partnered with enterprise leaders and high-growth companies alike to sharpen strategy, deepen culture, and develop leaders capable of carrying organizations into the future.
André is also the author of Wrong Fit, Right Fit, a provocative exploration of how people and organizations find (or fail to find) meaningful alignment and why that match matters more than most leaders realize.
