Andy brings nearly two decades of experience in recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition, having built and led recruitment teams and partnered with organizations ranging from emerging and VC/PE-backed businesses through to global Fortune 1000 companies. Throughout his career, he has supported hiring across a range of industries and disciplines, with a particular focus on life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare.
Andy joined LEAD3R in 2024 and currently serves as Director of Executive Search & Talent Intelligence, where he partners with clients on Board, C-Suite, executive, and senior leadership appointments. He also supports organizations through talent intelligence and fractional leadership solutions, helping companies access experienced executives and specialist expertise during periods of growth, transformation, or leadership transition.
Originally from Scotland and now based in Orlando, Florida, Andy brings an international perspective to his work and is passionate about creating a recruitment experience built around transparency, strong relationships, and candidate advocacy. He believes the strongest long-term hires are created when organizations and candidates are equally aligned on expectations, opportunity, and culture.
