She brings hands-on biotech experience alongside a strong foundation in biological sciences, supporting senior and executive-level hiring for VC- and PE-backed biotechs, global pharmaceutical companies, and science-driven organizations across the U.S. and Europe.
Gabby blends scientific insight, analytical rigor, and a research-led approach to help clients hire leaders at critical inflection points, from fundraising to platform scale. She began her career at Coulter Partners and later held senior research and delivery roles at InX.
Gabby is also a certified Barre instructor in Boston and an active community builder.
