Jeff brings a strong track record of successful executive search assignments across a wide breadth of industries and and HR specializations. He has led engagements spanning fast-scaling organizations seeking their first HR leader to mature enterprises undergoing transformative human capital strategies. Jeff has partnered with publicly traded, PE-backed, and non-profit organizations domestically and globally.
Prior to joining LEAD3R, Jeff was part of the leadership team for a retained executive search boutique focused in Human Resources. He developed customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the US for companies of all shapes and sizes.
Based in Kansas City, Jeff cherishes time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he has a passion for travel, relishes the outdoors – particularly in the warmer months when he can play golf, and putting his hours of watching food shows to good use in the kitchen.
