Shakirah is a Senior HR Consultant at LEAD3R, focusing on talent strategy and planning, team acceleration, and DEIB initiatives. With an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology, Shakirah has extensive experience in program building, partner development, and relationship management. She has previously held roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led DE&I talent acquisition and communications for business resource groups. Recognized for her leadership, Shakirah also served as a Dean’s List honoree and captain of her track and field team.
